APPLICATION CHARGES AND FEES:

     • $40 Application Fee Per Adult (and $40 Guarantor Application Fee)
     • $100 Administration Fee Per Apartment (due at move-in)
     • Credit Approval Fee ranges from $250 up to a full month's rent (based on credit/employment/rental history). Minimum Credit Approval Fee of $250 is due at application.
     • Short-term leases require additional monthly up-charge and are dependent on availability. Please contact the office for pricing and availability.
