Our Pet Policy

  • Our community allows dogs and cats
  • There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment

Pet Fees

  • $300 non-refundable fee for one pet or a $500 non-refundable fee for two pets.
  • Monthly pet rent is $40 for 1 pet and $75 for 2 pets.
